Lindsay McGregor is the co-author of the New York Times and Wall Street Journal Bestseller Primed to Perform: How to Build the Highest Performing Cultures Through the Science of Total Motivation. She, alongside her husband Neel Doshi, is also the co-founder of Vega Factor, a firm focused on building the tools, technology, and training required to help organizations build the highest performing cultures.

Before writing Primed to Perform, Lindsay worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., a substitute teacher, and a non-profit employee. Lindsay received her Bachelor’s from Princeton University, where she studied English Literature, and her M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She currently resides in New York City with her husband, Neel.
