Matt Roddan is People Science Regional Director at Glint. For 15 years, Matt has researched what makes employees tick, and worked with leading employers to build strategies that attract, engage, develop and retain the best talent. He has consulted with global organizations like Subway, The World Bank Group, News Corporation and Walmart.
Matt’s areas of specialty include survey methodology, employee engagement, employer branding, organizational culture, and competency frameworks. Before joining Glint, Matt led the Employee Research and Consulting division at ORC International.
