This session will explain how Habitat for Humanity leverages its culture and leadership behaviors to support the execution of our mission, vision and strategy. After an introduction to Habitat, we’ll discuss how the Habitat leadership team, in partnership with our Global People Team (HR, Learning & Organizational Development), is using an integrated approach to managing talent and culture.

  • We'll discuss some key elements of talent management, including our servant leadership capability model, our talent review and succession planning process, and our work on culture, values and engagement.
  • I'll share our recent challenges, accomplishments and current focus areas for the Global People Team.
  • We'll also discuss how we’re continuously transforming our Global People function to support the realization of our strategy.
