Sahra Kaboli-Nejad has experience working both internally and externally with diverse organizations, ranging from healthcare systems to software companies. Her interests include the role of gender in career preferences, diversity and inclusion, and more generally, employee engagement and experience. She has a Master’s in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
