Sarah O'Meara

Sarah is an experienced Enterprise Community Manager with a demonstrated history of managing internal and external communities, onboarding new community members, and fostering engagement. Skilled in community management, technical writing and blogging, marketing, and data analysis, Sarah is currently the Implementation Consultant at LumApps.

She is responsible for working with clients and across multiple teams to define use cases, provide recommendations, and implement the LumApps employee communication and knowledge platform based on digital workplace best practices and recommendations. This includes identifying unique pain points and gaps, defining use cases, providing best practices, and implementing solutions based on the client’s vision, goals, and objectives.

Sarah holds a BA in English and Japanese, and a minor in Professional Writing from Ball State University.
