Trisha Andres is a Human Resources Executive with a business-first mindset and an unrelenting appetite to untap potential. Her current passion project is centered on creating more accessibility in the internal talent marketplace by way of inside gigs. As Vice President, Human Resources at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., she partners closely with business leaders who drive multi-channel communication solutions that enable companies to better engage with clients and investors.
Trish thrives in the variety of business partnership and enjoys consulting with executives on business plans, advising the Multicultural Awareness Network and Women’s Leadership Forum, and coaching motivated talent.
Prior to her career at Broadridge, Trish held roles in HR Operations, Diversity, Corporate Education, and Talent Acquisition at Symbol Technologies, Inc., which pioneered barcode scanning and mobile data capture technology.
Trish holds a dual degree in Business Management and Psychology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
