Over the last several years, remote work has become a flexible option for employees whose jobs can accommodate meetings from the kitchen table. Now with COVID-19, companies are having to rethink their remote work strategies and adjust the way they work to keep business operating as usual. Studies have found that remote work has its fair share of challenges when it comes to maintaining morale and productivity high.

Our guest this month is Ben Waber, Co-Founder and President of Humanyze, an organizational analytics company. We will discuss how thinking strategically about where work happens is critical so that companies can better support their employees. We’ll explore how workplace analytics can be used to measure the tools, technologies, and policies in play to determine what is needed to make remote work successful--today and in the future.
