Josh Newman leads Storytelling for the Global People Experience Team at Walmart. Rooted in behavior change and design thinking, strategic storytelling is a blend of organizational strategy, change management, and marketing. Josh partners with Walmart's experts to influence employee behavior and drive employee-centric decision making.
