Dr. Raghu Krishnamoorthy is a distinguished HR leader and learning strategist with over 38 years of experience in human resources, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement. Currently, he serves as Director of the Chief Learning Officer doctoral program and Senior Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania, where his research and teaching focus on the future of work, evolving workplace models, and workforce transformation.
Before his academic career, Dr. Krishnamoorthy held senior executive roles at General Electric, including Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Learning Officer. He led global HR and talent functions for one of the world’s largest corporations, managing thousands of HR professionals and driving strategic initiatives during times of significant organizational change. Under his leadership, GE’s learning and development function was recognized by Fortune Magazine as one of the best worldwide.
Named one of the 50 Most Influential Asian Americans by the Asian American Business Development Center in 2009, Dr. Krishnamoorthy is a trusted advisor and consultant to organizations on topics such as virtual and hybrid work models, organizational culture, and people strategy.
