Currently serving as People & Organization (P&O) Director at Mars Petcare North America, Sarah is passionate about building agile, resilient, and high-performing workplace cultures that thrive in today’s constantly evolving employment environment.

Her global HR career includes two international assignments, where she led people strategy for the end-to-end supply network across Asia Pacific, partnering with leadership teams to align talent priorities with regional business demands across China, India, Thailand, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. She has deep expertise in organizational design and development, change management, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, and senior leader coaching, making her a trusted advisor to executives navigating transformation.
