Versatility, creativity, curiosity, and life-long learning are some of my superpowers —I’ve evolved from a hands-on HR leader to strategic HR consultant and coach, to in-house futurist and senior leader for a team of HR consultants. Now, I’m immersed in AI product development and transformation relying on my deep HR subject matter expertise. I love experiential learning, wearing multiple hats, and diving deep to quickly learn new areas of expertise. I’ve been a trusted advisor, partner, and coach to HR executives across a wide spectrum of industries —from NBA and aerospace to tech startups, luxury retail, global humanitarian aid, and nonprofits. When I discovered Strategic Foresight it became a passion – and I’m very proud of my 6+ years building and leading a dynamic futures team.
