As Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at BetMGM, Anna brings over a decade of expertise in designing and implementing impactful DEI programs, driving accountability, and fostering collaboration across diverse industries and global regions.

Leveraging her diversity coaching certification, master’s degree in International Studies, and bachelor’s degree in social sciences, Anna excels at building authentic relationships, expanding empathy, and bridging gaps among diverse stakeholders. Known for her straightforward communication and collaborative project management style, she actively listens, speaks truth to power, and advocates for equitable representation and voices at every table.
