As Senior Specialist, Talent Development at Vail Resorts, Bella puts employees at the center of everything she does—designing learning experiences, coaching opportunities, and development resources that empower people to grow authentically and thrive in their roles.

Her mission is clear: create meaningful, employee-first learning and development programs that spark growth, build confidence, and unlock potential. Over the past three years, Bella has facilitated 600+ hours of live training and supported over 1,500 high-potential employees through leadership programs that have contributed to a 14% promotion rate—a testament to her ability to drive measurable impact.

At Vail Resorts, she leads the design and delivery of a frontline leadership development program spanning 32 resorts, and has reimagined onboarding, built custom training content, and managed strategic HR communication plans and systems. Her work is grounded in data and insight, connecting the dots between current realities and future possibilities to create real-time impact.
