George Boone

I am the Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management at Mitratech. My passions are employee development, enabling performance, advancing company culture, building strong leaders, and mental wellbeing. I lead global initiatives focused on best-in-class new hire orientation, team building, leadership development, Insights Discovery and Situational Leadership.

Prior to finding my true passion in people development, I spent ten years building servers, deploying code, providing technical support, and fixing general “computer issues” in the Cloud Operations and IT Support spaces. My life outside of work powers my productivity and informs my unique approach to HR. I strive to set an example for my two young sons, Everett and Sawyer, and to provide a great life for my goofy dogs, Bodie and Scout. Behind it all is my wife, Hallie, who has supported me from day one. And yes, I am related to Daniel Boone.
