Jennifer Myers is a passionate and proven learning and development (L&D) leader, driving innovation at the intersection of cybersecurity, human capital strategy, and continuous improvement. As Senior Director of Learning and Development at the Center for Internet Security (CIS), Jennifer leads with a mission to help people—and organizations—reach their full potential through collaborative, social, and on-demand learning experiences.

With a career spanning the computer and network security and healthcare sectors, Jennifer brings a unique blend of industry knowledge, agile leadership, and operational excellence to her work. Her expertise spans HR operations, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean Six Sigma, and customer experience—making her a versatile and impactful voice in today’s fast-changing workplace.

Jennifer is also a proud Brandon Hall Group Faculty Member, where she contributes to the global advancement of the human capital management (HCM) profession. Through this role, she shares research-backed insights and best practices with a worldwide audience of HR, learning, and talent development professionals. Jennifer recently earned her MBA from Purdue University, further reinforcing her commitment to lifelong learning and business excellence.
