As Senior Vice President, People at Human Security, she led global HR operations, managed a $3.2M P&L budget, and designed scalable HR frameworks that enabled rapid business expansion and seamless M&A integrations.
Previously at Sisense, Kristina spearheaded an award-winning company culture, strengthening employee engagement, advancing diversity and representation initiatives, and optimizing HR technology systems for 500+ employees worldwide.
