Lisa is an experienced consultant committed to growing a company’s bottom line by improving the knowledge, abilities, and beliefs of its employees, and her greatest professional pleasure comes from watching professionals transform that knowledge into usable skills. While doing her doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University, she completed her dissertation which became a true labor of love, exploring salary expectations, and more specifically, salary negotiation amongst Black professionals. She is experienced in the administration of various professional assessments to support leaders in understanding how to leverage their strengths, become mindful of their blind spots, and create their own leadership footprints that are unique and authentic to themselves.
