Lori Adams-Brown is an accomplished HR leader and global talent development expert with over 20 years of experience designing and executing enterprise-wide people strategies that drive leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and inclusive workplace cultures. Currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Development at Hyve Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of TD SYNNEX (NYSE: SNX; Fortune 500 #73), Lori partners directly with senior executives to align talent strategy with innovation, transformation, and long-term business growth.

Lori brings a rare combination of cross-cultural leadership, strategic agility, and human-centered design to her work, having led people development initiatives across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA regions. Her programs have impacted more than 2,000 leaders globally—enhancing succession pipelines, strengthening executive readiness, and integrating AI-powered learning platforms that prepare organizations for the future of work.
