Louis Alloro is a pioneering change consultant, organizational culture strategist, and positive psychology educator dedicated to advancing human flourishing in the workplace and beyond. As a Senior Fellow at the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being (CWB) at George Mason University, Louis works at the intersection of well-being science, leadership development, and organizational change, helping individuals and teams thrive in today’s complex world.

With a mission to catalyze vitality, resilience, and purpose in organizations, Louis is a trusted partner to HR leaders, people strategists, and executive teams seeking to embed well-being into culture and leadership practices. His work spans industries and sectors, focusing on scalable interventions that build social-emotional intelligence, enhance employee engagement, and drive meaningful change.

From 2010–2014, Louis led groundbreaking Social-Emotional (SOMO) Leadership initiatives in Cleveland, Ohio—funded by the Center for the Advancement of Well-Being—designed to strengthen communities through asset-based leadership development. Today, he continues this work by teaching in the Center’s Advanced Coaching Certificate Program and advising campus-wide well-being initiatives.
