A sought-after speaker at major conferences worldwide, Mattson is the author of Breakthrough Communication and the children’s book Annie’s Impossible Dream. His insights have been featured in Forbes, Inc., and Chief Learning Officer Magazine, and he serves on the Advisory Council for the Harvard Business Review.

Mattson holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business from Brigham Young University, a master’s in Communications Management with an MBA core from the University of Southern California, and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University’s S.C. Johnson School of Management.
