
Misbah Mayet
Misbah Mayet (she/her) is a seasoned DEI leader and HR strategist, currently serving as the Director of Inclusion & Diversity at Wescom Credit Union, where she champions inclusive workplace practices aligned with Wescom’s mission of “people helping people.” With over 20 years of cross-industry experience spanning financial services, technology, and retail, Misbah is recognized for her ability to lead impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs that create real, measurable change.
In her previous role as Senior Manager of Inclusion and Belonging at The Trade Desk, Misbah successfully launched the company’s first formal global DEI function—designing initiatives that supported a rapidly growing and globally distributed workforce. She has also held key DEI positions at Pennymac and Farmers Insurance, where she developed and scaled programs that fostered inclusive leadership, strengthened organizational culture, and amplified employee experience.
Over the past decade, Misbah has led strategic efforts to embed equity and belonging into core business operations—facilitating cultural change, empowering ERGs, and creating spaces for open dialogue and employee advocacy. Her deep knowledge of people strategy, change management, and inclusive practices makes her a trusted advisor and facilitator for HR teams navigating today’s evolving workplace.
Misbah holds both an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and is a certified Diversity Professional through the National Diversity Council. She brings both academic rigor and practical experience to her work—combining strategy with heart.
