Monica Jackson is a distinguished HR leader and global DEI strategist with more than two decades of experience shaping organizational culture, talent development, and people strategy across some of the world’s most recognized companies. As Vice President of Global Inclusion & Diversity at Eaton, Monica leads the company’s enterprise-wide I&D strategy, driving its aspiration to become a global model for inclusion and equity.

Since joining Eaton in 2020, Monica has championed initiatives that embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into the company’s DNA—ensuring that employee experience, leadership development, and business strategy are aligned to create a culture of belonging and performance. Her leadership has positioned Eaton as a progressive voice in the future of inclusive workplaces and organizational transformation.

Prior to Eaton, Monica held senior leadership roles at GE Aviation, NBCUniversal, Nielsen, and Procter & Gamble, where she built a proven track record of advancing DEI, HR strategy, and organizational change. She is a passionate advocate for equity and representation, consistently helping leaders reimagine how inclusive practices drive innovation, engagement, and business growth.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Monica is deeply engaged in the community. She serves on the Equity & Inclusion Advisory Board for the Greater Cleveland Partnership, the Urban League of Greater Cleveland Board, and the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation Board (Tri-C). A proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University (HBCU) and Indiana University, Monica is also an alum of INROADS and The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
