Peter Church is an accomplished HR leader and strategic executive with over 25 years of experience driving people strategy, organizational culture, and talent management across diverse industries, including healthcare and energy. As the Chief People Officer at Point32Health, Peter oversees all facets of the people organization—from compensation and benefits to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and organizational effectiveness—ensuring alignment between human resources and business goals.
Before joining Point32Health, Peter served as Chief Human Resources Officer at AVANGRID Energy, where he led large-scale HR transformations focused on improving business performance, increasing employee engagement, and reducing operating costs. His approach is culture-driven and solutions-oriented, centered on fostering a community of care that empowers employees and supports thriving workplaces.
Peter is also a dedicated advocate for social impact, serving on the Board of Directors for RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization.
