She is the SVP – Chief People Officer at Midland States Bank, where she leads enterprise human capital strategy while playing a central role in shaping and executing the bank’s broader business strategy. She oversees all areas of HR—including talent acquisition, learning and organizational development, total rewards, HR operations, employee relations, and internal communications—with a clear focus on building a high-performance, people-first culture.
Beyond HR, she serves as a strategic advisor to the CEO, President, and Board, driving the design and execution of the bank’s strategic planning process.
