At the forefront of experimentation and innovation with GenAI, I am a thought leader and catalyst for driving change both internally as well as in our HR customer-facing AI products.

I led the successful integration of all operational functions into Mitratech post-acquisition. Continued to scale and innovate HR Expert operations - replacing systems, innovating with GenAI technologies, supporting AI First product development.

Currently, I am accountable for internal AI adoption across Mitratech to power curiosity, innovation, and delivery of business value across all internal functions.
