Taylor Bradley is a transformative HR leader specializing in AI-empowered talent strategy, organizational culture, and scalable people operations. As VP of Talent Strategy & Success at Turing, Taylor has successfully navigated hyper-growth environments by leading a 5x global headcount expansion and building enterprise readiness for late-stage, pre-IPO scaling.
With deep expertise in talent development, learning and development (L&D), and people strategy, Taylor spearheaded the launch of an AI-driven onboarding system that accelerated the ramp-up of thousands of new hires—cutting onboarding time from weeks to days and directly boosting productivity and revenue impact. Under his leadership, Taylor built a high-performing 40+ person People team overseeing Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Organizational Design, and Talent Development, which was recognized as a “Top 5 Talent Development Team of 2025” by TransformHR.
Taylor is a recognized innovator in leveraging generative AI within HR and L&D, leading one of the first enterprise-scale AI deployments in workforce strategy—a milestone featured by CNBC. Prior to Turing, he held senior HR leadership roles at DocuSign, Squarespace, and Datto, where he played a critical role in global expansion, IPO readiness, and culture transformation.
As a member of the CNBC Workforce Executive Council and host of the TroopHR podcast, Taylor advises executive teams on integrating AI-enabled solutions and culture-led people strategies to drive sustainable growth. His unique leadership approach is grounded in his background as a firefighter-paramedic, combining calm, clarity, and a results-driven mindset.
