Amy Bayer is a passionate and visionary HR leader with nearly 20 years of experience transforming organizational culture, enhancing employee experience, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across global companies in the technology, publishing, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. As the Global Director of DEI, Engagement & Culture at Duck Creek Technologies, Amy leads with purpose, driving strategies that foster inclusive workplaces where every employee feels seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.

Amy believes culture is more than a concept—it’s a business-critical driver of performance, belonging, and engagement. She specializes in creating people-first strategies that align leadership development, recognition, and organizational effectiveness with long-term business outcomes. Her work ensures that employees at every level feel connected, celebrated, and supported in doing their best work.

Known for her transformational leadership style, Amy has delivered high-impact initiatives that build stronger communities within organizations, elevate psychological safety, and embed DEI into every layer of the employee lifecycle. Her approach is data-informed, empathy-led, and rooted in a deep understanding of human behavior and motivation.

Amy holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, a dual Bachelor’s in Psychology and Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University—bringing a rich academic foundation to her strategic and operational work in culture change and talent engagement.
