Erin McConlogue is lead facilitator for My Team Role. She has a 10+ year background in facilitation and keynotes for organizations including Apple, Google, Slack, Salesforce, AWS, Adobe and more! She specializes in designing custom experiences for L&D professionals that drive employee engagement, promote productive learning and sharpen collective cohesiveness. Prior to My Team Role, Erin worked for Dale Carnegie as a Senior Account Executive and globally ranked facilitator. She loves people, running marathons and bringing some enthusiasm to work!
