As Senior Vice President of the Workhuman Consulting Practice, Jennifer leads a team of industry experts dedicated to helping global organizations design and implement inclusive, positive employee experience strategies that drive measurable business results.

With more than 25 years of experience, Jennifer partners with HR executives and people leaders to position recognition and performance management as strategic levers for enhancing employee engagement, retention, and culture change. Prior to Workhuman, Jennifer was Vice President of Total Rewards at Symantec Corporation, where she led global strategies in executive compensation, HR operations, and total rewards plan design. She holds a degree in Sociology and Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis, and serves on the advisory board of PairUp, a platform focused on enhancing onboarding, mentorship, and learning partnerships.
