Prior to Workhuman, Jennifer was Vice President of Total Rewards at Symantec Corporation, where she led global strategies in executive compensation, HR operations, and total rewards plan design. She holds a degree in Sociology and Organizational Studies from the University of California, Davis, and serves on the advisory board of PairUp, a platform focused on enhancing onboarding, mentorship, and learning partnerships.
