• Serve as a trusted employee experience advisor and thought partner to executive leadership team.• Identify EX opportunities, diagnose root causes, craft compelling business cases and communications, and own interventions and programs from vision to execution at scale. • Create, activate, and manage employee listening strategy–including surveys, CEO listening sessions, intranet forums, exit interviews, and focus groups–and enterprise action planning process.• Partner with HR centers of excellence to co-create initiatives like a mentoring program, burnout mitigation campaign, voluntary separation program, long- and short-term bonus programs, reorganization change management support, and diversity, equity, inclusion & accessibility (DEIA) strategy refresh.• Design EX learning content and facilitate interactive sessions for all management levels.• Own and optimize enterprise rewards and recognition program, growing utilization from 38% to 78% while maintaining ~$1MM budget.• Manage EX vendor relationships and RFP process and negotiate contracts for optimal cost/benefit.• Provide HRBP support to C-level leaders and their teams, aligning organizational priorities with progressive HR strategies to inspire employee engagement and impact business results.• Coach employees at all levels, leveraging HR COEs to deliver high-value solutions for complex people issues.• Investigate, address, and resolve employee relations concerns, counseling involved parties while applying relevant employment laws and company policies. • Guide client groups through performance management, talent review, and annual pay processes, organizational design, and reductions in force.• Coordinate enterprise job requisition, promotion, and position approval process to ensure internal equity, budget review, and proper spans and layers.
