Through strategic messaging, internal activations, and culture-building programs, he enhances the overall employee experience while aligning engagement efforts with NASCAR’s business objectives.

With expertise in employee recognition, corporate communications, and engagement analytics, Manigault has designed and implemented initiatives that have increased employee engagement and driven a year-over-year increase in employee recognition participation. His ability to translate employee insights into actionable strategies has resulted in higher morale, stronger internal brand identity, and enhanced workforce collaboration. He partners with leadership to develop executive messaging, internal campaigns, and enterprise-wide communication strategies that improve transparency and organizational trust.Beyond his role at NASCAR, Manigault contributes to workforce development and professional education as a member of the Daytona Beach Chamber of Commerce Workforce and Education Committee. His commitment to advancing workplace culture and engagement has earned him industry recognition, including the 2024 Black Sports Business Symposium Winning 10 Award and the Florida Black Expo 20 Under Forty Award. Manigault holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications (Public Relations) from Valdosta State University and the HRCI Human Resources Associate Certification. His work is driven by a passion for leveraging data-driven insights, strategic storytelling, and people-first leadership to transform workplace culture, elevate employee engagement, and position organizations as employers of choice.
