With over 30 years of experience guiding complex business transformations across the tech and communications industries, Zoe brings unmatched expertise in change management, executive alignment, and scaling people-first strategies globally. Before joining Workhuman, she led Customer Success operations at Salesforce, supporting major industry verticals. She also held senior leadership roles at Avaya, managing global channel operations, and at Accenture, where she led large-scale digital and organizational change programs for Fortune 500 clients.
